Trauma isn't something you can think your way out of. Often it comes from earlier experiences, patterns your body learned over time. Until those patterns are understood in the body, they don't really change.
The work I do is grounded in somatic therapy, mindfulness, a Gestalt informed approach, and talk therapy. It's calm, steady, and relational. It's not advice, it's not a quick fix, and it's not a single session.
Most people I work with engage in ongoing weekly sessions over several months. Real change takes time, and I'd rather be honest about that upfront than have you book expecting something I don't offer.

I know what it's like to carry trauma and not be able to name it. I've walked through my own recovery from childhood trauma and addiction, and that experience shapes every session I hold.
I'm trained in somatic therapy, the Safe and Sound Protocol, and Gestalt Therapy. But more than the training, I believe healing happens in a relationship where you finally feel safe enough to be honest, with yourself and with someone else.
I work with adults recovering from CPTSD, religious trauma, emotional neglect, and addiction. If you've been told you're "too much" or "not enough", you haven't met the right support yet.
